Die Cutting/Laser Die Cutting
Each layer of our membrane switches or graphic overlays are cut with steel rule dies. Every die is laser cut to exact tolerances to ensure that our parts are precisely fabricated to our customer’s exact specifications.
If your project requires embossing or multilevel embossing, Design Mark utilizes photo etched magnesium dies that are manufactured directly from your part’s design artwork or graphics. The result is a high quality emboss that is perfectly aligned with your part’s artwork or graphics.
When your project requires rapid prototyping or a quick turnaround of short production runs, our laser cutting capabilities are an ideal solution for your part fabrication.
Laser cutting is also a reduced cost solution when your part requires complex shapes or when you part dimensions are not finalized. Utilizing our laser cutting services allows you to avoid expensive complex tooling costs when your part is still in the development stage.
Design Mark uses the latest industrial screen printing and production techniques to fabricate precision membrane switches and graphic overlays with enhanced graphics and close-tolerance printing. Our ink selections are precisely color matched to maintain the exact look of your design, logo, or graphic.
